Technical Considerations

The following technical matters are being assessed as part of the proposed development. Detailed plans, surveys and reports will be submitted in support of the planning application and will be available for the public to review online via the Herefordshire Planning Portal.

Driving

Transport and Access

The site will be accessed by creating a new junction and access road off the B4399. There is a bus stop just 250m from the proposed site access.

There is an opportunity for the site to connect with the existing Public Right of Way that adjoins the northern site boundary, facilitating pedestrian access towards the surrounding countryside and River Wye. The proposals will provide a network of pedestrian routes within the site that are safe and attractive.
